Sometimes people judge others based on their differences, but at Bridgewater State University, we try to create an inclusive and caring community, listening without judgment, embracing individuality, and challenging our beliefs.

Each year hundreds of students from across Massachusetts gather to be recognized and celebrated for their handiwork and dedication to the important issues surrounding bullying. Students from various towns are given the chance to socialize and learn from their peers, get opportunities to win prizes as well as enjoy games and snacks. Many students in attendance are there to receive recognition and awards for their PSA video contest contributions BUT everyone is invited to attend!

Door Decoration Contest Information
For this contest, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students will decorate their CLASSROOM DOORS to promote "Friendship & Kindness." Special award for Most Decorated School so cover those doors with kindness!
Third Grade: Everyone has bad days. How do you show respect even when you’re having a really bad day?
Fourth Grade: You are not going to get along with everyone you meet. How do you show respect to people you may not get along with?
Fifth Grade: No two people are exactly alike. How do you show respect for the things that make people different?
Join us for an afternoon of fun in University Park on Saturday, April 25, 2020 from Noon to 3:00 pm!

Many outdoor activities are planned every year. Past years have included a bouncy house and obstacle course, lawn games, tie dyeing, face painting, edible treats, therapy dogs, and a silent auction. where people have won gift baskets, movie tickets, gift cards, Red Sox tickets and more! All proceeds to benefit MARC and its effort to improve school climate in Massachusetts and beyond.
